We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation charges are as follows:
- 30 days or more before travel: 25% of total tour cost will be charged
- 15–30 days before travel: 50% of total tour cost will be charged
- 0–15 days before travel / No Show: 100% of total tour cost will be charged
Important:
- Cancellation requests must be made via email or WhatsApp.
- Refunds will be processed as per the refund policy after cancellation confirmation.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or force majeure events, certain trips or activities may be cancelled.
- In such cases, alternate arrangements will be provided, but cash refund may not be available.
