We follow a clear and fair refund process for all our customers.

  • The applicable refund amount will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method (Bank/UPI/Payment Gateway).
  • Any charges deducted by hotels, transport providers, airlines, or third-party vendors will be applicable and may reduce the refund amount.
  • In case of non-refundable bookings (flights, permits, helicopter bookings, etc.), no refund will be applicable.
  • In situations like natural calamities, weather issues, government restrictions, or unforeseen events, refunds will depend on supplier policies, and cash refunds may not always be possible.

    • Travel itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, road conditions, or unforeseen operational reasons.
    • Joy Vacanza acts solely as a travel organizer/facilitator and shall not be held liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by third-party service providers.
    • All travelers are required to carry valid government-issued ID proof and necessary travel documents throughout the journey.
    • The company shall not be responsible for any personal loss, injury, accident, or damage to belongings during the trip.
