Elephant Safari in Jim Corbett

Elephant Safari is one of the most famous way of enjoy Jungle Safari inside Jim Corbett National Park. However, the important thing to be noted is that during elephant ride elephant doesn’t goes very deep inside the Corbett Park like a Jeep Safari, it follows as a designated path where tourists and adventure lovers can see birds, reptiles and mammals. Elephant ride is allowed in Dhikala and Bijrani forest zones. Jim Corbett National Park is divided in five zones where tourism activities are allowed. Elephant ride can not be booked in advance and tourists need to take a chance on the spot only on first come first serve basis. Elephant safari is allowed for 1 and half hours during morning and afternoon time.
