Aina Mahal is located in Bhuj, Guajrat. Aina Mahal is also known as Palace of Mirrors. Aina Mahal was built by Rao Lakhpatji in 1750 approx. Ram Singh Malam who was the master craftsman of Lakhpatji designed Aina Mahal which mixed the local and European architecture with glass, mirrors and tiles. Aaina Mahal had two floors; first floor has the Pleasure Hall, The Hall of Mirrrors, Audience Hall and the State Apartments, second floor has Darbar Hall, Marriage Hall and Ante Chamber. Aina Mahal is situated near to Prag Mahal. Aina Mahal is one of the most beautiful place to visit in Bhuj. Aaina Mahal is now converted into a museum which includes a “Europeanerie” collection including clocks, mechanical toys, paintings, pictures, glassware, ceramics, chinaware, celestial globes, costumes and furniture. Another beautiful collection of the museum includes 15 m long scroll dated 1876 that depicting a royal procession of Maharao Pragmalji II and is signed by its painter Vadha Juma Ibrahim.
